Project Description: The family residence consisted of 2 basements and three elevated floors supported on only 3no vertical elements. The elevated floors contained a 3 storey, 2 directional, 14m cantilever element. 100no ground anchors were used to provide support to the post tensioned slabs which were combined with bespoke section cast in steel plate girders.
